Retail & dropshipping
A practical route for retail orders, individual customer purchases and approved dropshipping shipments from 5 kg. We prepare the export shipment and DHL Express delivers it directly to the recipient's address.
Larger express orders
Consolidated shipments from 80 kg can qualify for discounted B2Smoke DHL Express contract rates. The exact price depends on the destination, chargeable weight, dimensions and product mix.
Commercial cargo
For larger wholesale hookah orders, we can arrange air freight to an agreed airport cargo terminal near the consignee. This route is available only when the receiver is a registered company.
Export and import documents
B2Smoke handles the Russian export side. Import clearance depends on the delivery method: DHL manages the express import procedure, while the receiving company handles import formalities for air cargo.
The recipient pays import duties, VAT or sales tax, customs fees, brokerage and other local charges unless a different written arrangement is confirmed before dispatch.

DHL Express delivery is available from 5 kg and is suitable for retail orders, individual customer purchases and approved dropshipping shipments. Shipments from 80 kg may qualify for special DHL Express rates. Commercial air freight is normally considered from 100 kg.
The recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT or sales tax, customs charges, brokerage and other destination-country fees. B2Smoke does not pay these charges unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing before dispatch.
For approved destinations, DHL Express shipments can be addressed to either a company or a private individual. The recipient must provide any information requested for import clearance and must comply with local import rules.
No. B2Smoke arranges air freight only when the consignee is a registered company. The receiving company is responsible for the destination import declaration, terminal handling and collection or onward delivery.
A mixed order can include Russian hookahs, hookah bowls, heat-management devices, vases, replacement parts, tongs and other accessories from available brands. Product and destination restrictions are reviewed before shipment.
